Type-R style racing seats

i was just lookig around on the net, and found these seats. i thought that they were a great deal, what do yall think?

those actually look pretty nice. im not sure about how most members would feel about you cheaping out for something alternative. but they look legit. NRG makes some nice products.

^thats what i was hoping to hear. i mean if i can get a set of seats BRAND NEW for 400 plus like 50 for the brackets that sounded like a good deal to me. all i would need is those and then build my own rear seat delete kit... which i do wnat to do. maybe over thanks giving...

I would cheap on seats. Unless you want to feel uncomfortable every time you sit in them. Plus cheap seats = cheap material. The cloth will fade/rip in no time.

BTW, It's "Type R', not "Type-R".

I know these seats are fake. I'm just letting him now the right way to type it. For example, a member bought an Integra Type-R rear wing. It just doesn't look right to me. Sorry for being anal about this.

Seats like those are garbage. They are made with cheap fabric and cheap foam molds. All of them are. Now being an owner of a set of Recaros, I can say I'm glad I held out for the extra $400 and got a great set of seats. They're comfortable, came with brackets that fit properly, the alcantara material is amazing and they look great. The knockoff seats are not DOT approved and will probably break in the event of an accident. The material will wear and the foam inserts will not hold up to everyday use.
