Update:
ok well turns out, after alot of cam removals a few of the cam cap holes got stripped. so Im pulling that head off to be built at a later date. I have a spare head but I dont know much about it. So, Im pulling it apart for new valve seals, to have it shaved and to clean it up.
Well since my valves are difficult to reach with regular valve spring comressors and the one meant for this style head is over $100....Fuck that. I came up with something. A socket, notched out to I can acess my valve keepers.

This used with the craftsman c-clamp stlye compressor worked great.
Well about 30 min later, I have a bare head
16 bags of valves,springs and retainers
Old valve seals anyone?
Tomorrow Ill be calling up a few shops around town to get estimates on shaving the head for me.
