I have a 96 integra LS special edition and it has a cold air intake an exhaust. Im getting 1,000 dollars, but I cant decide what I should get for it next.

Suggestions?

toda vtec killer cams are for vtec motors hence the name "vtec killer" i hoenstly think those are a waste of money since they are extremly high lift cams you are "always engaging vtec" from a conceptual point of view. get function form typeII coils or tien flex

There is really no need to upgrade your cams at this point.

With $1000 (if I were in your shoes) I'd spend it wisely on a good tune-up and fix up any interior and exterior damage.

When's the last time you had your timing and drive belts replaced?
How much mileage is on the car?
Any noticeable rust?
Dents, dings, sagging bumpers?

i would get a nice suspension setup like
ex// GC coilovers w/ tokico iluminas
H&R sports w/ KYB AGX's
or just save (alot) and do a FI build or get a jdm conversion

Get a header and a high flow cat. Complete the system, you'll love it.
Your brother doesn't know what the heck he's talking about, don't get cams. You can't put VTEC cams in a non-VTEC engine anyway.
