I think that if i upgrade from the XT that i'd get an XSi rather then the XTi... but i'd have to compare them first.

Don't upgrade to an XSi. It basically has a bigger screen and more megapixels.

The XT is probably my least favorite DSLR. I'd never buy a Rebel just because of that one.
I like the D80. If I could afford my own camera, that's what I would get. Right now I can borrow what want from work for free so there is no need to buy inferior equipment.

I've got a BUNCH of filters and I already have a 75-300.



Get the 50mm f/1.8 too.

What filters do you mostly use kev ?

I use Circular Polarizer the most but I usually don't use one because it takes out of the sharpness of the picture.
