UPDATED. with some images

i want to see some LED conversions in integras(corner lights, taillights, dash...)
show a picture
what type of LED used
where you got it from
happy/disappointed?

my story is i just got my LEDs for gauge cluster from superbrightLEDs and put them in
its like HID bulbs compared to regular lights lol
now my dash is too dim so i have to get around and install the leds in there too
i will snap a picture later
i also ordered some #74 leds for my acessory lights and damn they are faquin bright
i had to move them to cig lighter and its like a projector down there
im waiting on the second order of domelights and some other interior lights for my DYI ideas lol

this is the older cheaper LED bulbs at night

new ones at night with added acc lights(very bright have to dim them down somehow)

here it is in the ashtray

cig lighter didnt turn out too good because of limited angle of led

got the second bag of LEDs heres my trunk light and dome light

i ordered some tiny 3mm and 5mm single leds and couple of 360 angle leds to try them in my ac controls
will add pictures later
i almost ordered the backup lights but damn they are 29 dollars a piece lol so i backed off on those for now.

my next project is halfway done LEDs for AC controls and hazard/defroster buttons
have to go buy some resistors but the bulbs are all mounted

and nex step is a shift light( red 5mm led) somwhere in the gauge cluster

New and fresh.
I was told that LED's have hot and cold spots so I never bothered. Simple 194 bulbs from Advanced Auto Parts in Amber and I was good to go,

i havent really notticed any yet
they do have limited angle usually 15,30,45 (some are expanded 60,120, 360)
the cold spots are from the clear plastic light guide that reflects the light from the bulb to the back of gauges

the ones i got are lighting up whoel gauge i bought the WLED-WHP pure white high power
they re 5 bucks a piece but it was worth it.
i tried 3 different types and colors before i decided to order these

i like the colors tho they re alot sharper my cluster looks almost like glow gauges now :)

UPDATE

nottice the blueish color of the gauges with pure wihte hipower LEDs is because theres something printed on the back of the gauges on all integras
from what i saw on last 2 gauge clusters i took apart its a part of an image printed in blue ink. why? no idea maybe acura reused posters for the gauges...
but with yellowish bulbs that come from the factory it evens out the light output to soft white.

ye so far im very happy with brightness and colors but not so happy with the price i ve spent about 50 bucks on those LEDS but damn for me its worth it.that is pretty much the closest thing to what i had in mind for white dash lights.

can one of the mods change the topic to : LED conversion ( i think its more accurate since the purpose was for people to post pictures of their LEDs) not just interior any car LED

ye im so used to my gas light on cuz i only fill up half a tank and run it till it hits 190-200 miles :)
which would give me about 31-34mpg depending on the week

I like your gauge cluster.

not a fan of led's everywhere else tho... My buddy put them around on his civic and IMO it looks kinda ricey... might have just been the led's he got tho. I dunno

well my whole plan is to keep everything stock and improve what i can without spending too much once im done all the dash lights are gonna be white and same color just more contrast not that dull white that you get from factory bulbs.
the cluster is not done either. all gauges and warning lights are gonna be same color to match the rest of the dash.
true theres LEDs that are cheaper and i tried them but they really suck because they only give out a limited angle and are not as bright as regular bulbs.
they do make almost every bulb type in LED
but i donno about license plate lol im growing dirt on mine purposely u only see the clean sticker :) if they want to see it they can come over and clean it. i hate paying for doughnuts with my money.

my experiment with tint. turned out pretty well.
since upgrade made all the damn lights brighter i had to do somethign to dim them down to a reasonable level.
i tried 20% tint on my lab rat gauge cluster and it looks damn good.
except the gauges themselfs need to be brighter.
im trying to achieve same look as new acuras have.
the needles will be white also
is there fluorescent paint sold anywhere(white color)

anyone have suggestions?

i ran into some problems with acc/warning lights on my cluster..
the low gas, oil, check engine lights are not LED friendly
when i put the led right way in they dim but not turn off completely so i always have them on.
and other way they dont turn on at all.

anyone had similar problem? what could it be?

soooo. i ran into soem issues while replacing the warning lights apparently some of them dont want to be raplaced by LED's and the last 5 lights united against me and just refuse to work properly.
heres what it loks like now

the ABS,low gas, maint ,oil and check engine lights are either always on or dont turn on at all if i flip the LEDs

what could be a difference? besides light bulb acting as a closed circuit as opposed to LED beeign a diode

if so how would i wire a diode?

i also installed some white LEDs in my heater controls
and again it did not go as planned
the frikkin back coloring on buttons is light blue and it shows up when lights are white
i messed up my old butons trying to take off the paint on the back

in conclusion id say that an amber or red LED conversion would have been alot easier since the light blue is not that notticeable with amber lights
