Clean car FTW! I finally got off my ass and washed my car and actually cleaned the interior good too. I feel like I've accomplished something already today and I haven't even had a beer yet. :lol:

damn bmw is pissing me off, already spent 300 on anew rad and the son of a bitch is still overheating, im almost positive its the thermostat but im more then likely just going to drop it off at my mechanic, 1. because he will do it for cheaper then BMW of murray will and 2. i wont have to deal with it, i swear to god if the water pump is bad bye bye beemer:cussing::angryfire:letout:

Did you check the thermostat? Is it leaking anywhere or burning any coolant? Also check the heater core and pressure cap. They are prone to leaking.

I would atleast go over the easy things before taking it to a mechanic

will its not leaking coolant, ive checked its mostly overheating and my mechanic said its sounds like its the thermo snd at this point i dont really want to mess with it

I just wouldn't wanna pay for labor....especially if it something that is easy to fix. It may just be stuck closed. That happened to mine on my GST so i just pushed it open and left it open. It takes a little longer to warm up but that's about it. We really don't need thermostats in S TX. It doesn't get cold enough to really matter.

i would do it, but i have to remove so much shit just to do it, but i dont have a problem having him do it, he did my motor instal on my teg so i trust him and his crew with the car, my family takes all of our cars to him so i know he will cut me a deal
