not only can he, but every bit of it is illegal, minus the war, which kinda is, but cant be 100% proven yet. the federal reserve is an illegal establishment, and federal income tax is completely illegal and has been proven so in 8 different supreme court decisions, not to mention in the constitution. i'll inform more, i have to go play with my son for a bit.
