Took it to a camera shop and it's not broken. Was just shooting so fast it caught the in between light hertz stuff of house lighting. If that makes any sense.
Dude it actually wasn't as cheap as I thought it'd be haha Like $10 for the camera and another $10 to develop the film and it took a week and a half to come back because nobody prints from film anymore they have to ship it out to be done. But it made for some cool vintage effects.
