I've only been doing something about it for about 6/8ths of one. :lol:

Camaro goes on CL in the morning, Fagstang engine is almost apart, Won't take much time to put it back together, Trans swap is a 1-2 day deal, Probably 3-4 weeks from bringing it back home.

My mom wants to buy it from me so I can buy it back when the time is right, If that's how she wants to do it then I see nothing wrong with it, She has a bad knee and can't drive manual all that much anymore so it will still be my car to drive and take care of basically, She just doesn't want me to get rid of it, But she knows I need a bike back.

Just found a place in my town that rents out 2012 ninja 650's for $100 a day, Tempted to buy a jacket and gloves and go rent one for 3 days. :lol:

I hope to have the mustang fixed, Tuned and sold by then so maybe I can actually take my own bike.

I really do want to rent one though, Me and my strange fascination with ninja 650's :lol: May do it after the camaro's sold, It will probably rain non stop until late April - mid May anyway...

So I've been looking at ways to waste money I don't have :lol: and I found a brand new bare Tomos ST frame for under $100/shipped


Well.... After digging around a bit, I found a company on Facebook that sells a kit for about $60 that lets you mount up a Lifan.

One of the newer Tomos' (before they stopped exporting to the US) came with a disc brake front end. Figure I grab the forks, brakes, mags and swingarm from one of those, throw on a cafe tail and a set of clubmans and I think it'd be a pretty sick little custom.

Frame looks kinda like this one.

I always liked how they looked after a bit of mods, just never really liked the 2T that came on them. Damn things need a 70cc kit and regearing just to do 50 :lol:
