Old OZ Magnesium wheels... I've only ever seen people use those on rally cars.

I'm gonna assume that they're real and the owner had them repainted or something and couldn't find the original decals :what: Enkei came out with a similar wheel for rally a few years ago.

I think it was just the angle of the pic.

Or they could be Compomotives, which are essentially quality replicas of the OZ's, but those look a little different than the ones you posted. Notice the indents on the face and a few less spokes.
