Thinking about trading my DA for this Del Sol

So I want a 5 speed car, I found this Del Sol on craigslist and called the guy up to see if maybe he'd be interested in my '91 LS. He said he was. I'm kind of on the fence about the trade though because of the Del Sol being a 2 seater. What are your guys' opinions?

Engine bay looks a mess to me, missing a bumper light, hood doesn't look like it sits flush, definately needs paint.
