Parking Lot Accident

so last Thursday, I was about to go home from school, and after I backed out and pulled out of my parking slot, put it in 1st gear about to go forward, then suddenly I get ram by a Faculty member for my school driving a CR-V. She told me she didn't see me at all. I was clearly out of my parking slot when it happened and I was completely stop and I was in first gear when this happened. Luckily no one got hurt but the damage on my car is much worse than the damage on her. I reported it to her insurance already and spoke to the adjuster, and an estimate has been given already. Now I'm worried if her adjuster would make it an 50/50 liability when its clearly her fault.. I also have a witness on the scene and he saw the whole thing happened. Any input from you guys would help. :???:

Body shop estimate is around $2450 and All State insurance (her insurance) adjusters estimate is $1895.

here's my damage

and here's her car

damn sorry about your car bro..

but the law is 50/50 in the parking lot..

hopefully her insurance does not pursue that..

Yikes. Sorry man. :( talk to the body shop and tell them the adjuster said it's only worth this much in damages and repair and they may be able to work with that price.

Fat guy in a little coat.
Take a check, do the work yourself.

500$ paint, couple hundred for hatch, lights and stuff. You have a couple hundred left for extra parts.

Haha i dont think it would ever dry up.

I got rear ended, minor damage, the worst was a twisted 'metal bumper' that i coudnt twist back myself. Replaced muffler, 98+ tails, 98+ bumper and trunk panel, looks fresh :)

Is it possible to get it perfectly lined up if welded? I wonder how much it'd cost
