Take some more pictures, no cleaning, such as where the dizzy meets the head and around the valve cover. And like previously mentioned, is there any smoke, oil in coolant , etc?

Thanx guys but no smoke or nothing at all and its not overheating i had the car running on idle for a while im not much of a mechanic hopefully its nothing major like a head gasket or something i dont want to take her to a shop if its just a minor fix

i just check by the distributor and i see a slight leak coming from there so does that mean it could still be a head gasket leak ?

Post more pics. I don't see oil running down to that location so until I see better pics I'm still thinking head gasket, not saying there isn't other leaks, and it could be something else. But like I said, better pics.

That happened to my B17 all the time, it was the cam seal. Put a good aftermarket cam seal with orings in and while the valvecover is off reseal the distributor, put a new valvecover gasket on and it will go away.

The headgasket is fine.

To add on to that,^... I make and sell billet aluminum cam seals. Hit me up if you end up needing one.
