Ddmtuning or morimoto is where its at! Unless you have $300 to spend and can get yourself a pair of Philips bulbs and ballasts. Lol.

This is where my retrofit sits as of now. Bought the wrong size lock washers so gotta go to Lowe's tomorrow and get some plus some thin steel wire to mount my angel eyes. It doesn't look like it's sitting far enough back so I may have to widen the hole in the frame so it sits farther back.
