Giving powerline networking a shot ordered http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833156303 from amazon for $50. Hoping it will work well. I sent my rosewill card adapater back to newegg for a refund cause it didn't help me for shit. If this powerline stuff doesn't work i'll send it back also and figure out a way to run a ethernet cable underground across the house. Lol

I could go for under 2k invested since i think i'm like right at 2k. But I don't think that's fair since previous owner invested over 18k. Lol

Biggest reason to enter is simply just because. If there werent clean rides, itd be a pretty poor contest.. the rest is all in good fun.

Posted about trying that powerline networking stuff a few days ago. It came it this morning and My crappy wireless was getting 2mbps down and disconnecting alot. Plugged in the powerline stuff took 2 minutes to plug it in pc and plug other one in router. Getting 22mbps down on speedtest now and downloading game on steam at solid 2mbps. Hopefully it continues to work like this
