What turbo to choose?

Building my b18 engine and wanting to turbo it. What is the best turbo out there? I'm looking to enter in a few races at my local track and want to make a name for my self need some advice on what turbo would make my teg very fast. The whole car is built from the ground up just want to finish it with a turbo

what are your build specs? what horsepower are you looking for? budget? track distance?
