Well, as usual my vote will go to the car that has been upgraded properly and used properly. Sure lowering a car and stiffening the suspension is cool and all, but if you're not going to track the car, it's pointless.

Mad respect to those that choose functionality and uses it.

I would say no. Whether you watch over it and create a poll thread or not, it doesn't change the facts. I mean, you could go edit the poll and change the votes at any time regardless of whether or not you created the thread.
