How to do car cartoon???

How does everybody make those little cartoon cars? There usually peoples avatar or signature. Its even on the main thread page where you pick which integra thread you want to choose. If someone could help me out with this, i would appreciate it.

Google pixel integra. look at images,find one looks like your car, than play with it on photoshop or paint. mine took a while, still not completely done, but it does looks like my car
