Heater problem...

I recently replaced my blower motor due to it stopped blowing. I went to the junkyard today and picked up another blower motor. I replaced the blower motor and this sensor type of this that said "low, med, med2 & Hi" which i assume its for the blower speed. The blower works fine but only on the third and fourth setting, It doesnt work at all on the first and second climate control setting.

Before my old blower motor stopped working it only worked on the third and fourth as well... Do you guys think the climate control knob is messed up or is it something else?

i found out that piece i changed it the resistor... i'm gonna check the fuses now just in case

was the blower motor resistor a used part too? it also could be bad

yea it was used as well. those were my thoughts exactly, i'm going to by the resistor new
