hi guys. new to the boards and integras. just bought my first integra, a '94.

the previous owner did a lot of work to it and from the research i have done so far, he has done everything the right way.

it currently is only running 7psi but it also only has 310 cc injectors. so that seems to be the limiting factor here.

so if i want to make some more power with this settup i have a few questions.
1. is it even safe to make some more reliable power with this settup (he estimates its making around 280hp)
2. what do i do next? (i was thinking just bigger injectors, hondata s300, and a tune)
3. how much hp do the LS transmissions take safely?

so here is what it has going on:

B18b block bored 0.50mm over
SRP forged pistons - new
Crower rods
LS crank, polished and balanced
ACL rod and main bearings - new
Cometic LS-VTEC headgasket - new
B16A head, ported and polished
Farrea Stainless steel valves - new
Crower double valve springs and Ti retainers
JDM Civic Typr-R cams
AEM adjustable cam gears
All clearances set to factory specs
Genuine Honda/Acura water pump, oil pump, timing belt, gasket set - new
Golden Eagle VTEC conversion kit

RevHard cast T3 exhaust manifold
Turbonetics T3/T4 turbo, 57 trim, .63 a/r
Tial 38mm wastegate, open dump tube
FMIC 24"x8" with polished pipes
HKS air filter
Blitz blow-off valve
Custom downpipe
Greddy exhaust

Blox cast intake manifold - new
Billet aluminum oversize throttle body
AEM fuel rail
AEM fuel filter
RC Engineering injectors
Rising rate FPR with gauge
MSD blaster coil
MSD SCI ignition
NGK plug wires - new
NGK copper plugs (heat range 7)
AEM underdrive pulley set
Prothane engine mount set

You're on the right track. I would definitetly get larger injectors, Hondata S300 and a good tune. They are all very good ideas. I would also ditch the rising rate FPR. They are an unreliable and outdated form of fuel correction. I'd would also look into getting a wideband o2 sensor such as the PLX M300 or something of equal capabilities

I also do not see a new fuel pump listed. An upgraded fuel pump is an ABSOLUTE MUST! The stock pump cannot keep up with the fuel delivery necessary to support the extra air provided by the turbo. Check into the Walbro 255lph or something of that nature.

images are linked from the craigslist listing so they will expire soon, but thats the car. i think i got a deal on it for $4250. all it really needs is tires, and i just happen to work at a tire shop =)

and i will def be breaking it in. how long is the break in period? i cant remember if i broke my last car in for 500 or 5000 miles.

is that a shadow or is the lip just massive on the car?
its not a shadow. its a custom lip.
since i dont know much about these cars i dont know how low the typical front lip is. but i have the front end an inch higher than it is in the picture and the lip is still only 4 and 3/4 inches off the ground.

im scraping backing out of my driveway. and i live in michigan which is notorious for bad roads. there are a bunch of railroad crossings and my friends live in apartments with speed bumps...i dont want to have to deal with driving a car that is too low.

does that lip look bigger than most? im going to have to raise it at least another inch and im also putting new tires with a little more sidewall, but im unsure if i will still like the stance of the car after its been raised another inch (2 inches from whats pictured above). so if i could keep it low and get a smaller profile lip i might just go that route.
ill have to get a better pic of the front in the morning since the lip is in the shadow and its black.

but as far as appearance goes, i want a lip spoiler, paint the front lip to match the body (or possible get a new lip altogether), and maybe some new wheels.

ok so i just confirmed it has stock piston sleeves.

how much power will they realistically handle in a daily driver application?

i think since you are making around 280 i suggest doing sleeves on your block. and maybe upgrading your tranny to a gsr or type r tranny so you can be safe.Im not exactly sure howmuch hp the LS tranny can take. its more for economy driving.

sleeves never hurt but the LS tranny can take just as much as the others
