Go to YouTube and copy part of the link between '=' symbol and the '&' symbol, as pictured below.
NOTE: Not all URL's will have the extended link, and may exclude the '&' symbol and everything that would proceed after
Next, click the button under the reply box that says 'Go Advanced', which will bring you to a screen that gives you more options above the reply box, one of them being the 'YouTube' button; click that button and it will bring up a text box, as shown below.
NOTE: This text box is where you put the title of the video, not the URL
Now, when you press the 'OK' button, it will take you back to the comment box with the YouTube tag, along with your title, as pictured below. Now, where the cursor is blinking between the two brackets, paste the part of the original URL from step one
It will look like this with the link inserted
Then press 'Submit Reply' and it should look like this
