Oil recommendation 97 Integra GS

My new gas-saver has 194K. With no idea how the previous owners have been maintaining this perky little car, I'm thinking about changing to synth-oil, Mobil1, etc. Any advise from anyone?

Been using castrol 10x30.

Please use the search button. We have a fairly large thread that has been started that discusses oil use and what everyone prefers.

Gees, you guys all but 1 maybe must be on alot of uppers. Friendly forums yea ok. never mind- have viewed previous threads. Not exactly what I was looking for as a whole.

nah some jus have short fuses sometimes everyone has that to be honest this is the only forum i get on it is one of the best i have never found as much respect and help on here sometimes you jus have to hold your composure to these guys they do know alot and help alot trust me

What exactly are you looking for?

If you should switch to synthetic? What brand oil? What weight of oil?

Good work tho.

We are not bashing the OP.

There's just no reason for 3 threads about the same thing. It'll make it easier if everything about that topic is in one thread, rather than running around trying to find all the info.
