h brace or traction bar?!

what's the difference in getting a h brace or traction bar? I wanna see a picture of both if anyone has it.

i have that same h brace.. it kicks major ass i love it.. only bad thing is it vibrates against my cat in low rpms

Thanks Ominous G2 for the pix. Maybe i should of specify the pix i wanted. Well you guys have the traction bars or h-brace on your cars...if so can i see a pic of it? Haha...sorry if i ask so much. I just wanna see it. How much does it help out? I was thinking about getting the H-brace but it seems like it would touch my headers or cat. Thanks!
