Good Header + cat to match up with WS2?

What would be the best way to set up a free flowing non-bottlenecking full exhaust system bolting on to an apexi ws2? Because isn't the ws2 2.36 or 2.25 inches? (i have heard both) And there is no header with that collector size and stuff like that...Anyways what do you think is the best exhast setup to bolt to a ws2?

first need to know how much your willing to spend? that decides on what type of "good header" your talking about cuz you could go out and spend $250 on a Greddy on $1000 on a SMSP header.

also which do you want a 41 header or 421 header? are you lowered? we need more info to tell you a good choice header to get..

just remember you can go big< small on exhaust but NEVER small<big

^^ i think you are backwards....you can go small to big not big to small...big to small is called a bottleneck

Yep.

The origional Apexi WS is 2.36 inches, I'd assume the WS2 is the same.
The "best" setup depends on what your doing with your car/your other mods.

im looking to spend anywhere from 300-400 bucks on a header And i probably want to get a 4-1 to gain some top end because ill be losing some top end with the ws2 exhaust not having straight through design..then again my car will be lowered about 1.7 inches so i dunno if the clearance will be good.

IMO you should look into jdm itr header(2.5 collector)

2.5" --> 2.36". Bottle-necking. Header collecter to the cat/b-pipe should be consistent or smaller to bigger. For example. 2.36" ---> 2.5".

Bad idea unless he's modding engine internals (pistons, cams) and going for over 190whp.

Going from a 2.5 inch collector to a 2.36 inch exhaust is....what....you...just...said...was...a...bad....idea.:???:

what would be the ideal free flowing header + cat then for an exhuast piping thats 2.36? this is the biggest question i need to know about if anyone could answer i would love ya :D

^lol. Your best bet is to find a header with a 2.25in collector, and then get a matching cat from Carsound.

I know the DC 4-1 header has a 2in collector, that'll work too.
